Ginger was super helpful and sweet! I was in a time crunch and she was able to help find me the perfect charm for my moms birthday in a short amount of time. When I first walked in I walked around for 10 minutes before anyone even asked if I wanted help. I actually was about to leave. Someone sent a you g sales associate over with a few minutes. She was very very helpful. I purchased gifts for people in my office and am happy with the purchases.
Not enough help
Just a little disappointed that when I want to buy spacers or clips there are never 2 of them available. I have to either made a different purchase or do not buy what I want. Customers most likely purchase these in 2's so it would benefit the store to keep inventory in even numbers.
Tasnim was such a sweet and knowledgeable sales associate, she was very patient with me and helped me look for the right charm and necklace! She took her time showing me each individual item and even recommended me a lot of different items as well. I love this Pandora, the ladies are all very friendly and patient. Thank you pandora for always leaving me very happy.
The sales clark was every knowledgeable. Was very patient and pleasant .I would recommend the pandora at countryside mall.
