The sales associate knew everything that I asked and I got the perfect gifts for my wife’s birthday.
Associate was eager to help and accommodate my style. Associate was knowledgeable about products that sparked my interest. I knew exactly what I was looking for and associate complimented purchase with additional product.
My sales associate, Jessica, was very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in (even though they were no longer available). I also appreciated the fact that she was focused on me and only me. So many store associates try to handle more than one customer at a time but that wasn't the case at Pandora. The store was very inviting with a relaxing atmosphere. It made shopping so easy. I can't wait to go back!
Sales associate greeted me at the door with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. The other sales associate was very friendly and customer service was awesome!
I wish I did not have to be placed on a list to wait for help as the store was busy. Disappointed there is not layaway for those that do not want to get a credit card. Wish the charms were not soooo expensive or I would buy more or how about BOGO deals or specials?
I know exactly what I wanted but got placed on a long wait list for sales assistant which was very disappointing.
The store was very busy and the check out time was very long due to them only having one register.
