The place was extremely comfortable around the employes.The people were so nice by sowing on us more examples on the jewelry we were looking.after all, we accomplished everything with some nice experience.
The staff was wonderful and store had everything I need.
I love this store and the products that you sell. But the store at Harlem & Irving shopping mall in Chicago is way too small. It's very hard to maneuver to look for merchandise that you would like to purchase. Unfortunately you're always out of product as well many times I had to go to a different location to pick up merchandise. A larger store would be beneficial. Other than that you're on the right path.
Everything went smooth, no problems, in and out. That's what I like
I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the sales associates. The knowledge and friendliness they portrayed is the definition of customer service. Managers and associates were all very welcoming.
When products are advertised they never have enough. No matter when you get there they are always gone.
