I love working with Maryam when I visit this Pandora store. She is always VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I brought two of my friends with me that she also helped out. The store is always clean and brightly lit.
They didn’t have a lot of red to choose from
Some of the associates seemed to be pretending to be busy. Not a lot of the selection had enough sizes. The associate that was helping another customer disappeared to the back for like 10 minutes and came back just to help someone else, ignoring the prior customer they were already helping.
Customer service was great and very helpful. They were patient and provided a lot of help in choosing the right piece.

The lady Ladonna who helped me was extremely sweet , helpful picking out my gift for me and my girlfriend anniversary.I would have never known she was a new employee how helpful she was and explain so much I will come back just for her experience.
