I initially entered the store just to look around. Immediately a store associate came over to assist me. He greeted me and was very pleasant. That is what actually got my attention. I said you know what, I'll get my own bracelet cleaned since I was there. Naim was very helpful ended up getting my bracelet cleaned and purchasing an additional bracelet. I love the pandora bracelet collections and charms. Naim was nice and very helpful. Went above and beyond. Would definitely visit again and want his service.

I did some research online prior to visiting the location in order to narrow down my choices. When I arrived Niam (who is still in training) greeted me with a warm and inviting smile asking how my day was going. I showed him what I was looking for and he assured me that he would be more than happy to assist me. Angel then assisted the both of us and WOW it was an absolute pleasure! Her knowledge and patience made me feel valued as a customer. Angel for CEO!!! Niam is going to be amazing at his home location after his training period, our conversation flowed so well I did not even realize I was there to make a purchase. Marina was a very lovely sales associate. She assisted me with not only finding the charm I came in to buy but rearranged my other charms so they looked better on my wrist.

Angel Store Manager Short Hills Mall assisted me after I made my selection, she was gracious enough to arrange my charms in story form. Angel was the first in my 3 visits to take the time to explain how to wear the bracelet (i.e. how to store & not get wet). Very happy I waited as there were customers with their requests and A gel assisted each one as they were the only customer. Thank You Angel for making my Pandora journey pleasant as I’m new to Pandora

The sales associate Angel was outstanding. She didn't try to force me to purchase anything. She listened to what I was looking for and provided me with a range of items to select from. She also cleaned my bracelets as a courtesy and advised me of the early Mother's Day promotion.
