The Westmoreland Pandora is the best store in that mall. This is because the sales staff is awesome. Well trained staff who are excited about the product!
I am always treated well at the Westmoreland Mall Pandora. Konner is excellent! Konner finished the transaction quickly but was extremely thorough.

I was instantly greeted by an associate when I walked in. She seemed very knowledgeable about all of the jewelry in the store. She had to leave as her shift was ending and another associate took over the sale. I did end up purchasing one bracelet and one charm. My only issue was when him and I were going through different options I noticed that he kept pushing more expensive charms/bracelet styles despite me stating several times that I had a budget. When I made it clear that my budget had no wiggle room, his demeanor slightly changed and he became less responsive and almost disinterested. Other than that I had no other issues
I had an appointment with Lexi (Alexia S) for the Disney Simba charm. Lexi was professional and courteous. Lexi showed me the charm and was genuinely excited about its release.
Sales associate gave me wrong information and then became annoyed(eye rolling) when I began to ask questions
I came in looking for a particular charm. It was no longer in stock. Konner showed me a different yet comparable charm that worked out perfectly.
Brooklyn F was absolutely awesome as always. She called me in advance to let me know Pandora would have a new Disney 100th anniversary charm released and invited me in to purchase it.
