I’m on vacation in Vancouver and wanted a keepsake. The salesperson, Megumi was extremely friendly and presented all my options and the 2023 shell/pearl charm that I will also purchase.
I was assisted very quickly upon entering the store. The employee that helped me was very helpful, and showed me a catalog of all the charms and bracelets! Very efficient and friendly service!

I go out of my way to go to the downtown Vancouver/Pacific Center location. They are knowledgeable and efficient. The Park Royal location is the opposite. No greeting as you enter the store and it feels like I am doing them a favor by going to their location. The last time I was there, I couldn't get out fast enough.
Alison was very helpful & even gave me a tip on where I could find other charms. Even helped figure out my size for a different style bracelet.
i brought in mt broken bracelet and they replaced it immediately. and she was very helpful and friendly. i also got my necklace cleaned
