Today I was very impressed with one of a sales associate her name is Saira. She’s s very nice and patient. She recommended the best style of an accessory that suits me very well!
Harp was extremely helpful with everything and was a pleasure to talk to during our transaction. She was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and the displays made it easy for us to find what we wanted.
As soon as I arrived there they helped me, they gave me what I was looking and they helped me looking for my right size

The associate that helped me was very not professional and lacked product knowledge. She was helping 3 groups of people at the same time and I felt very rushed as she constantly asked if I was ready to pay. After I payed for my 3 charms, she got her colleague to wrap up my purchase and went to sell to anther person. I felt disrespected and not worth her time. I was very disappointed with the service and I felt very unwelcome. It will discourage me from shopping with Pandora.

First time in a Pandora outlet store. So many unique charms that I’ve not seen in other stores. I was lucky to have the store owner showing me different trays of charms and she suggested many! Bought 6 charms!!I also needed a rose gold chain for my previously purchased O ring and she found me the perfect one!
I was greeted ever ao kindly by Harp (asst manager)Such a lovely lady who made me feel so welcome and special and helped me pick out some cute rings. Also was my model in trying necklaces on herself so I can see what they look like. Just a lovely woman
