Richard helped us at this store after we put a pair of earrings on hold from a different location. He knew right away when we walked in what we were there for and proceeded to show us different charms to add to these earrings. He was kind, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly refer his superior service to friends and family.We wouldn't shop anywhere else for jewelry. In fact we were so surprised at his excellence service we commented that we wish all stores were as good as his.Thanks a million Richard!

Richard who was the customer service sales representative was very knowledgeable in the products & showed me what I wanted to purchase.
The worker helping was very informative and patient. He made sure I knew what each of the charms were for. In addition, he had a lot of knowledge and was just generally very sweet.
First pf all the prices were amazing. As i like to get more quantity instead of buying just one item. So the items I found were amazing for their price.
Our associate was attentive and found the products we wanted , quickly. But we werent rushed. Very friendly st.ore
