The service was so friendly to start off, making the environment and shopping experience welcoming. The stores cleanliness and chic look is so satisfying and truly makes you want to shop there.
They just did a great job with serving me my ring and like it was just a wasnt too expensive, but at the same time it was just like perfect price for like a good quality ring you know and like it was just it was so quick and easy I was in and out within minutes
I enjoyed my experience because my sales associate was very knowledgeable. she put together my whole bracelet and told me to come back with my other one I have and she can assemble them for me too.
It was a quick and easy transaction and I am super happy with what I got
I was happy that the charms I wanted to look at were in stock. The associate knew which ones I wanted right away. She recommended to do this survey to receive a discount for next time.
The price was decreased after the day I bought
Not to pleased with the return policy As the ring is a graduation gift And will be given to my granddaughter on the 29th of June And the 30th of June is the dead line So I just might return the ring not pleased at all

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted, The sales associate was very friendly and keep a very nice conversation as she grab the item I had requested. she also mentioned the meaning of the piece I had purchased, she explained the return policy, and warranty which in my couple of visits beforehand was never explained to me which I understand as it was very busy both times I had gone (I work in retail) I will continue to shop for both myself and family. The only thing I would change is to have a men's line so I could shop for my significant other.
Mimosa gave me the best service. She even spoke Vietnamese which helped to make my experience more easy and fun. I love what she help me pick out and I really like what she wore, I even got the same earrings as her. She was very sweet and cute girl. She also know my exact ring size just by looking at my finger, very smart!
