Friendly staff and great customer service!
I had ordered an item that the store didn't have in stock the previous week when I visited. Got a phone call a couple of days later that it was in, and it was all ready for pick up when I arrived. Very pleased!
Helpfulness of sales associate - item I had been looking for wasn't in stock, but she took my name for waiting list, had other suggestions (which I purchased).
The sales associate who supported me today was Mary-Jo and she was fantastic.She was skilled, knowledgeable, accountable, detail oriented. I needed 10 earrings secured at another Pandora location and she called to ensure this would be reserved for me, and was extremely considerate of the distance I would be driving.She gave me helpful opinions, and showed me the proper method of packaging. She wanted to ensure all materials provided (boxes, tissue paper, bags) were the best quality.She is friendly and a very dependable employee from what I gathered today. There was another sales associate that day who was also very helpful and also the day prior I was at the same location with another associate who again was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.Overall, fantastic experience at the Pickering location. Mary-Jo should be given recognition!

I’ma bit dissatisfied as the pages on both stuff eating seem discoloured and tarnished. Will be returning to store to speak to the assistant else will return the purchase .
