The sales lead was super sweet and patient with me. She showed me a variety of selection and helped me with sizes and charms. She made me aware of the current promotion that worked out amazing for what I needed that day!

Walked into store and was greeted and asked if I could be helped. Salesperson was very friendly and answered all my questions. Showed me what I inquired about and other similar items. Never was I rushed.

Long wait-time.The customers were all waiting to be served. One in the back, one on the phone and one serving another customer. Just unusually long to be served. We understand busy. Just longer than usual to be helped in anyway.
