The staff greeted me with a smile when I first walked into the store. Then the staff asked me to wait for a second as they were already helping with other customers. I felt welcomed and appreciated the attention the staff gave me.

The customer sales representatives who helped my locate the promotional charms were helpful in putting aside the snake chain bracelet and charm that I wanted to exchange for the ones I received online purchase. Went to this Pandora store to do a refund and the ladies there helped me with my safety chain plus sold me another charm for my Disney collection. Both women were most helpful.
