sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products.this was my first purchase of Pandora products.sales lady took her time to explain how everything works and was mot pushy about the sale.

Store was in the middle of inventory and nothing was really available. Salesperson was very slow using ipad for sales completion. Bramalea is substantially slower at completing sales transactions compared to Sherway and Square One. It would have been a lot faster to check out using the cash register. So much for technology making things easier.
I wanted a longer gold plated chain, the is not much selection at this point.
There was a promotion but was not long getting in and the associate was very helpful in helping me choose the bracelet and charms that I was looking for. She also showed me some other that may go with my choices. The checkout was fast and I am very happy with my purchase, as always.
i do all my shopping when you have these sales buy $130.00 and receive $65.00 free for al my pandora and i have 11 braclets one necklace and 186 charms alog with the gifts i have given many gifts from pandora thank you
