I was interested in buying a ring for myself. I was asked if I was interested in any of the new promotions. I said yes but I was more interested in the sales. My sales girl was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what was available in store. I bought myself a ring on sale and put an order to be put aside for me for pickup at a later date

The staff were friendly. Our item was in stock and the sales associate knew what we were looking for just by our description. The store was clean.

Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly when I shop at this location. Paula is always very helpful and if an item is not in stock she will make sure to get it for me from another store or on her next order. This is my favourite pandora store to shop at.

I purchased a ring that was too big and fell off my finger. Upon request to return the ring I received extremely rude service and was not able to return my item, even though it hadn’t been worn. I will no longer be shopping at Pandora because of this experience.

sometimes I have a problem trying to explain to staff about very new or exclusive items I am looking for. They haven't heard of it, yet. That can be frustrating if the item I'm looking for is a limited edition, or only available in concept stores. I DISLIKE MISSING AN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN AN EXCLUSIVE, or limited charm.

I found this particular store had very poor customer service. the sales rep did not seem to want to assist me. She seemed to be unengaged, not friendly,the music was too loud and she spoke very quietly, I had to keep asking her to speak up. I told her right off I was looking for a bracelet, and looking for leather. She said they do not have leather any longer, the bracelet I looked at she did not want to take out of the show case. the other bracelet I wanted to look at she did not offier to show me, I had to ask, the price she quoted was incorrect. She ran through my card and told me after the price was higher and asked if I still wanted it after she put through the charge. Did not provide a warranty card and did not put my information in your system. Would not recommend this store no will I shop there again.

The exact clip I wanted was not available. It was very busy, although in fairness it was the day after Boxing day. Staff were under pressure to clear the waiting line up.

I feel they should have had more registers and persons available on black Friday, this could have been managed better. I was in line for about 15-20 minutes. I did find that it was hard to look around the store things could have been organized better like a cards section at hallmark or The Bay with sections for: love, family sports & hobbies, etc.There was some sections like Disney and NEW but then there would be just miscellaneous ones with no theme together I do find Pandora to be pricey, to be honest I shop at other jewellers but my mother- in- law has a Pandora so that's why I went there to get her Christmas gift
