The sales representative was knowledgeable about products and offered me all available options and prices. When I asked which one she would pick for herself she told me and that was one I preferred too. She answered all my questions related to the product I purchased today and ones I plan to purchase in the future. Overall great customer experience

The store items didn't been as much I expected. Actually, the store was too small to expose items to see. They didn't offer me to look at a catalog to choose an item.
the staff were super friendly and welcomed me with a positive energy and a smile on their face. they were quick to help me find the charm that i like and also they brought out the rose gold version of the letter E charm as well as the silver that I asked for. they took the time to explain that the rose charm was released less than 2 weeks ago as well. They made me feel special! I will defiantly comeback.
Had to wait a really long time for a sales associate to become available to assist me.

I was shopping for a birthday present for my sister and had no idea what to get her. The salesperson Sue-anne R. suggested I get her a necklace since she doesn't like the charm bracelets. I picked out the chain, the O pendant and another family pendant. I love how it turned out!
