We were greeted immediately by Kiya at St Laurent Pandora. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and then went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gift for our daughter. She took the time to find out our daughter's interests and likes to find the perfect customized gift for her 19th birthday. She also let us know of up coming sales to keep an eye out and let us know about items that would be great for my daughter with exceptional needs. We will definitely be back! The welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location is phenomenal and I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter in soon to look herself.

The sales clerk Kiya was extremely patient & showed many options of how different charms would look on the either a bracelet or chain I was interested. I knew I wanted to purchase a piece of jewelry that I could personalize but was unsure what to get. Kiya took her time by 1st displaying a bracelet & various ways it could be itemized & then repeated the process with a chain. She was terrific at giving some suggestions & giving me an honest opinion that I appreciated very much. When I realized I had forgotten my gift certificate I had at home, she set my purchase aside for me. I told her I wanted to finalize the sale when she would be in the store & she even called me to let me know when she was back at the store. When I returned she was entirely at my disposition & wanted to make sure I was truly happy & satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate her kindness & professionalism & commend her on her great service.

My husband was given the wrong item that i had put aside, now i have to go back to the store, return the item i got and get what i wanted.. and its a 90km round trip. And they couldn’t apply my 15% discount i received.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, but the young sales associate did not ask us if we needed help, she just walked away and ended up serving someone else who had walked in after us. Another sales rep who was already busy ended up serving us and we actually bought 2 rings.

Loved the cleanliness of the store, brightness, the smiling and warm staff. Patience of staff in showing all kinds of products knowing my preferences. Prompt service and very professional. The Pandora experience is always unique no matter which store you go to - the sales clerk at this particular store was very patient with my daughter and made her feel like she was the only customer in the store.

The store was very poorly managed.Did not follow Covid protocols at all. There were way to many people in the store for the size of the store. Cash out took way longer than it should have. Line of atleast 10 people and one person on the register- then she leaves on a personal phone call, leaving it unattended, cashier comes out ignores the person in line for atleast two minutes then someone comes over “are you helping him” “oh yeah I will” then helps him, then someone else jumped on cash. Being a retail supervisor for over a year and a front end (cash customer service) supervisor for over three years, your employees need more training! There was a complete lack of customer care demonstrated, they cared more about getting more people into the store then having them waiting in line to pay for 30+ minutes!
