L'attention du personnel était fantastique, La fille a trouvé exactement qu'est que j'ai voulais et j'ai fait essayé plusieurs brasalet avant de trouver l'adequat. Aussi j'ai eu de brasalet gratuit pour mes achats. Je pense que serait un bon idée avoir le même méthode des cadeau gratuis pour les achats mais avec les charms.
le service a la clientèle de la gérante et l'employé étaient des plus misérables je me suis senti comme un client non bienvenu et l'employé était bête et ne voulait même pas me montrer les charms car elle avait plus des 3000 différents mais moi je venait surtout pour un produit spécifique que je lui est mentionne je mentionne un problème avec un achat antérieur et la gérante a même pas pris la peine de vérifier je suis aller a ce magasin car le produit que je rechercher n'était pas disponible au carrefour Laval ( dans le quelle les employés sont très serviables principalement la gérante Kelly C) plus jamais je vais aller au Pandora du centre Rockland pire expérience a vie depuis que je fais affaire avec Pandora
The manager Jessica was not nice. I had an old gift card and I forgot to give it and when I cam back see told me the card was old and because the amount was only $5.73 she made me feel like I was being cheap I felt like she as looking down at me what saved me from getting really angry was the sales person that was servicing me. I had to go online to prove to her the card was still good. I think she should go back in a course on how to treat customers. I came really close to returning everything and walking out.

I did not feel that the sales person provided me with sufficient options to choose from. After my purchase I went home and checked the website for more options.I went back as I preferred another charm then the one I bought. As well I noticed that they charged me for another necklace than the one I purchased.
