Aysha B was very attentive & knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She was very sweet & brought everything to me so I didnt have to walk around. I will more than likely go back to that location for future purchases.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience because it was quick and easy. It also had a ton of options to choose from depending on what I wanted which in this case were charms.

The sales lady was very helpful and friendly. She cleaned my bracelet and used a rag to shine it, which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with the service there.

I went in for my first bracelet and the sales associate was quick to help me. She was very nice and patient. Everything that I wanted to try on she got it for me without making me feel like I was a bother and did not rush me at all.

Shaniece C and sales associate that had two black mini nose piercings were working together at 7 pm on 06/28/23 and sales associate with two black mini nose piercings was very rude as soon as me and my partner walked in, sales associate w two black mini nose piercings wasn’t helpful at all when i was asking what i was looking for, answers were very vague and attention wasn’t given to us. she walked away and was talking to Shaniece and other customers and laughing at us because they were making eye contact with us which made us understand that we were being laughed about. I didn’t understand why, so then we walked over to shaniece if she could help us, she was more helpful than the other girl, but still was very off.As soon i stepped out of the store the sales associate with two black mini nose piercings started laughing at us and was making eye contact, which made it very clear that we were the reason she was laughing, her laugh was so loud that it could be heard from outside the store, which was very annoying. i would rather take the commute to go to another store than to visit ur store again. Please go over training again with your sales associate :)

I was making an online return, the sales representative open one of the items (necklace)and started looking closely for about a minute making sure it wasn’t used. Not comfortable the way she made me feel. At the end I couldn’t even make the return because I used the program “after pay” which I get it . But I think it would be better if you scan the receipt first then judge the merchandise . It looks like they don’t like to take returns.

I met Dina the very first time a few months ago and have been eager to return to the store to look at new items and make more purchases for my obsession with Pandora jewelry as well as adding to my on-going collection of charms, bracelets, and necklaces. I love how knowledgable Dina is with what I like and what I'm looking for. She helped me complete many sets that I had trouble with and even helped me with getting something special as gifts for my staff. I'm definitely shopping here again and again!

The girl at the store was really nice and patient with me, I changed my mind a few times even when she had the earrings already in the box and kindly helped me to find the ones that I really wanted. She was really sweet.
