The associate was very nice and understanding. She helped me with my purchase even though it wasn't what I was looking for. The store was very organized.

Brought 4 bracelets to clean and they were not cleaned properly. Had to return to buy a polishing cloth which honestly should have been free! I’ve spent a lot of money at Pandora and even if cleaning is free I was highly disappointed and will not return to the Arbor Place store. The Cumberland store is the best!
Customer service was awful. They was rushing u to purchase. Didn't have a big selection of charms.
This store did not have neither charm I was shopping for. The associate brought me charms completely opposite of what I wanted. I purchased 1 ring and I will have to order the bracelet online, I was not satisfied at all.
The associate was knowledgeable and found my items and made suggestions. I went to purchase two items and ended up leaving with 4 as well as my bracelet was cleaned by the associate.
I love the store it’s clean and well taken care off I-been lucky I saw the same young salesperson she is friendly and a joy to talk to I go at least ones a month Thank you and kee up the good job
