Janice T was simply amazing! She was extremely helpful, patient and friendly! I told her that I wanted something pink, so she pulled out all of the pinks! She even showed how they would look on my bracelet. Additionally, she rearranged the charms on my bracelet to make them look and feel better! I am amazed with her customer service!
