I was doing an exchange of a charm. Sonia, the sales associate pointed out a few deficiencies with my bracelet. I was able to trade it for a new one. I also bought a clip to save my charms.
I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora. I got acknowledge right when I walked in and needed to get my bracelet in a bigger size. The sales associate agreed and continued to get me a bigger size and switch them!

Sales person Sonia M, No. 167973 was rude and made our experience unsatisfactory. She tried to seem personable but it came off as fake especially with the rudeness in which she treated her coworkers or fellow employees. She seemed to pick favorites amongst our group who entered this store location and mainly showed kindness and talked to the one who was buying the most and was snappy towards the rest of us. One of my friends was looking at a product and when she said she wasn’t interested in buying it, Sonia seemed to guilt her slightly which made my friend feel bad for simply not having enough money for the product she was being shown. When talking to the other employees in the store, she seemed to order them around in a rushed and rude tone and I could tell they were not pleased with the way she was treating them. Even if she is their manager, the way she was speaking to them was unkind. We felt rushed and it was obvious she was trying to upsell us and she was showing us a lot of merchandise at once to get us to buy more which was stressful. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory for those reasons.
