The people at the store was very friendly and respectful to me. The workers were very knowledgeable about the products that they had displayed. I also enjoyed hearing about now charms that's are going to very released soon.

Stefan was very helpful. I came in because the clip I had to hold my charms together was loose and he helped me decide on a charm to keep it secure. He was able to answer my questions about getting my mother a bracelet for my mother.

Some of the sales associates assumed I would not be purchasing anything and out of the 3 associates working there only one came up to me and asked if I needed any help whilst the others stayed in the corner talking to each other and not attending the customers. Other than that, I enjoyed the amount of available merchandise and organization in the store.
I had my Pandora wishlist that I was going to use at my Houston home Pandora store but I was visiting the Boston area and found this store in Cambridge.The gentleman that helped me asked me twice if Id like to see anything.I was able to get the items on my wishlist and he helped me check out with some coupons I had and made sure to also include a promo for a free bracelet!Id like to go back since I always have something on my mind to buy from Pandora!
