I found that your jewelry is not as typical as I had previously thought. The ability to customize my bracelet allowed me to do it in my own style, and, as you had intended, make it my own. I enjoyed the variety, the quality, and the warranty.
The salespersons knowledge of the product, her professionalism with dealing with people. Treated me with respect and compassion helping pick out what I was looking for.
The lady that helped me explained everything well to me and answered all my questions without hesitation! It was really easy to find what I was looking for everything was neatly organized.
Sales assistance act like I was bothering her.
- Most of the charms I was looking for were not in existence.- Charms that I purchased looks like it was the display product and worn even though I asked for new shiny charms. - Sales associate's fingers were greasy leaving finger prints on the charms which by the way is was a gift. - Sales associates nails were too long and some were broken off which just didn't look pleasing while handling customers merchandise.
The associate took her time and helped us. She knew the products. She really sales. She was really nice.
They had beautiful displays. Very knowledgable on items not even in the store. Offered to fix one piece that I mentioned that broke, on my next visit.
The saleswomen took way too long to get my ring (15 minutes) just to find it and a long time to get it ready but another saleswomen completely ignored my stepmom and when she brought it up, they got all defensive so we left.
