We arrived an hour before closing, were immediately greeted by a friendly sales associate, Heather M. She waited patiently while my granddaughter shopped for her 16th birthday present(s). Heather continued to assist by bringing out each ring my granddaughter asked to see, and one of her suggestions, she bought. She happily purchased the buy 2, get 1 free!! Thank you!!

Every time I visit this location, I am immediately greeted and assisted. They have always had product in stock that I want. I believe her name is Laci that always helps me and she is so personable and helpful.
The store manager doesn't have any manners to speak to a customer.She is really very rude and racist and communist.She is absolute waste to talk to as she don't have any knowledge of the return/exchange policies of Pandora.I'd definitely file a complaint against her and the store for the pathetic service she delivered.
