We was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They let us browse for a little while before asking us if we needed assistance. The associate was very nice & patient.
While on vacation I decided to visit Pandora to treat myself for Mother's Day. 1. Thing the store was business and there was no crow control. 2. Not person spoke to say that they would be with me. when Scottish help me I ask to have my bracket clean. The manager advises Scottish my sales rep that she would do it today, and they will not be doing any cleaning tomorrow. Scottish brings me my bracket and it did not look like it had been clean, I explained that to him and he said that I could buy the clean solution. I explained to him that my Heart and Angel charm did not have a gold color solution on the when I ask for it to be clean. I ask to speak with the manager and she did not provide me with her name at all. Sarah L step in and advise the manager to go home and she would help me when she was finish working with her customer. She was very nice. The showed me a picture of my charm and I was correct. Sarah L then exchange my charm out and provided me with a new one. My biggest complaint was the unprofessionalism with for someone visiting the store for the 1st time.
Sarah was amazing and helped me find the perfect necklace when I did not know what I wanted.
