The salesperson Leslie was so kind and knowledgable. She took the time to help us and explain to us things we didnt know. This is our first time to this location but we will def be returning due to the amazing customer service. Even though its a lil further out i think this will become our most used location in the future.
Love my visit at Pandora yesterday. The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful! We talked about charms and she showed me some beautiful charms!

I came in to look at rings for my son's girlfriend. I was greeted immediately and Jasmin was able to answer all my questions I had. She even made great suggestions.
The young sales associate was okay and kept asking this other woman questions. The other woman was rude and unprofessional. I asked is she a manager, no she is just helping out, but yet you keep asking her to authorize things. Interesting.
The sales associates name that helped us was named pinky. She was extremely rude and gave us attitude the whole time. My mom asked if there was a color gold of a ring we wanted to 45$ and she rudely said No! There’s no gold for 45$ and rolled her eyes. I can’t believe how rude she was to my mom and how badly the service was. I go to pandora all the time and this is the first time I experienced something like this. I don’t plan on coming back to this store in fair oaks again.
The problem was not with this store or purchased. I went to return two charms at the Tysons corner mall in VA. that I purchased less than 48 hours before of the time of returning. The lady at that location was really rude and had a discriminating Attituded. She Said the charms were not in the original condition which is not true because as I stated before I just bought them and never wear them. So with her reasoning the charms that were sold to me were not in an original condition. I checked the charms and they looked fine. I felt she just was being rude and unhelpful. The fact that I can't return something that I just bought and change my mind on it make me feel robbed. I wouldn't wish this experience to anyone and I'm definitely not coming back.
I was satisfied because the sales person Sharon helped picked out a ring for my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend. It was really easy and quick service and very friendly.
