I love the idea of pandora in that you can collect charms and build a bracelet that serves as a physical reminder of your journey through life. The pandora experience is also shaped by the sales associates you work with when purchasing your charms. At this pandora location, the employee was both thorough and engaging and would not only pull up charms upon request but would also share ideas and input with the customer which made for a more friendly experience.
