The staff greeted me with a smile when I first walked into the store. Then the staff asked me to wait for a second as they were already helping with other customers. I felt welcomed and appreciated the attention the staff gave me.
The customer sales representatives who helped my locate the promotional charms were helpful in putting aside the snake chain bracelet and charm that I wanted to exchange for the ones I received online purchase. Great service in answering questions and really courtesy in exchange process. I satisfied the whole purchase experience! Will visit the store and make more purchases later.👍👌

had a problem installing the safety chain I purchased earlier in the day. Went to this Pandora store to do a refund and the ladies there helped me with my safety chain plus sold me another charm for my Disney collection. Both women were most helpful. I left most satisfied with the great customer service my husband and myself received. SAme store has great staff.
