I’ve had a few bad experiences and she was friendly, welcoming, caring, engaged and a lot of spent time to make sure I was happy with what I was looking for. I already went back since this visit! Hope she gets recognized for her hard work because I recognize that workers like her are hard to find and should be valued by the company. Thank you Maitri ! :)
My mom had a sizing issue with her previous bracelet purchased which they sized her for, they didn't care. My 3 charms were dropped on the floor and under the counter, they had to be retrieved with a broom. I should have received new charms. I am very careful with my items and before even receiving, the being dropped on the floor is unacceptable in my opinion...
I purchased a bracelet and several charms for my daughter for her birthday
