I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. The associate took a genuine interest in the charms I wanted to see before making a purchase. Other sales person Claudia came over to say hi. She remembered me from previous visits. Always feel welcomed at this Limeridge Mall location.
The staff at this pandora location were extremely pleasant and helpful when I was looking for a charm as a gift. They assisted me in locating the charm that I wanted and helped me checkout. I was highly satisfied with the service of this pandora location.
The customer service was amazing, they were understanding and had patience with us. Gave us exactly what we were looking for. The products are also beautiful and fit well

Selection on some necklaces are low. Bracelet that I am looking for was available any more at pandora. I am expecting bigger variety of bracelets.
Claudia was amazing. I had to say goodbye to my dogs and wanted something in their memory. I was visibly upset and Claudia offered her condolences and hugged me. Something about a hug makes you feel.better

It was my first time at Pandora and I wanted to build a charm bracelet. I was a little overwhelmed with all the options and choices but my sales associate azra at Limeridge Pandora Hamilton made me feel very at home and welcome. We went over all the options trying them on and she was very patient with my indecisive self.
