The staff are always friendly and know me by name. They are eager to assist and show me new merchandise. I am made aware of up coming promotions which I really appreciate as I am a long time customer at this store.

Not a lot of product in store
I encountered an issue with my subscription, and when I reached out to customer support, the response time was longer than expected. Additionally, I felt that the representative I spoke to was not fully equipped to address my concern, leading to a less than satisfactory resolution.
The girls in the store are always friendly and eager to assist me.If I have questions regarding new merchandise they are happy to show them to me.I always like to check what's available for the last chance items as I sometimes find new charms added.
