This is my first time I've been in Pandora and it was bring to me a great experiences ever. My friend and me was have right decision to buy couple ring at here. The price is suit with my budget but the value is over my expectation. Moreover, the thing make decide to return there soon will be the customer service, they was so devote to the customer. I'm so appreciated
The sales associate was very friendly and polite. She made me feel very comfortable.
This was my first experience at pandora. I wanted tk buy a charm bracelet for myself and when I told the worker what I was looking for, she gave me all her attention and deeply explained everything to me and was patient while I was deciding what charms I would purchase. I would say I am highly satisfied with my experience and would come back and purchase more charms or more jewelry.
I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by the sales associate. She’s in assisted me for a charm and a gift for my mom.

I made a purchase on Sept 7 for $251.27, I noticed that a promotion started 5 days later. I returned to the store asking if I could get the promotion as it was only 5daya after I purchased it, the associate said no. I then asked can I return the entire order then repurchase it with a different card which again the associate says no. I then tell her to return the entire order and I’ll repurchase it online. The entire interaction was awful, as if I was bothering them by just being there. After return the store to get their name, their response “the name is on the receipt” I then said “Maria G” which was not her name it was the associate standing next to her, I asked her name again because I want to complete this survey, she finally said “Liz”, I’m not sure if that is her name since she did not have a name tag on. Honestly the worse customer service experience.
They were extremely lack of engagement from sales representatives, rude, and unprofessional. They saw us standing, they’re just talking to each other and I had to talk to the manager to get their attention.
I was satisfied with my pandora experience.

Official Pandora store at ValleyFair Santa Clara location was very unwelcoming in the beginning when walking in. My experience with sales associate Elizabeth R. (No.215771) made my experience very unpleasant. I believe that Elizabeth R, needs to learn better customer service skills in communication and ways to cater to the customers/clients more effectively and politely. I’m not sure if she is new, but she needs to be retrained to learn what’s the best response in certain situations, instead of making customers/clients feel judged and not wanted. Due to Elizabeth lack of care, my newly engraved charm was dropped on the floor at the end of our experience.
