The associate helping us out was so nice and patient. I am very indecisive and didn't know what kind of necklace i wanted. I had a picture in my head but couldn't really figure it out. She helped me through it all and showed me a beaded necklace with the charms i wanted and instantly fell in love. She was amazing and really brought my idea to life.
My daughter brought me here to pick up a new charm. She had one specifically in and and luckily they had it in stock. She also bought a couple new charms for herself and got her bracelet cleaned. The associate helped us put her new charms on. Very helpful.
