I was highly satisfied with my visit because it was my very first time visiting pandora and I went there to buy a gift for someone. I was very confused as to what to get but the staff were very helpful, and they took the time out to really help me figure out what I needed and due to there patience and knowledge I was able to pick out a great gift l.
The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The quality of product is awesome. The bracelet gives me a elegant look. And I believe pandora is a brand which gives women a confident. and the service was awesome.

Sales executive experience and lovely designs
It was clear that the sales associate did not have great people skills as well as she could care less to go above and beyond for customer service. I would hope that she was just having a bad day but if not she's caused me to not want to return to this Pandora. In my past purchases at Pandora the sales associate would check the overstock to give me a ring that has not yet been opened or touched by customers this sales associate refused to even attempt to do so. She answered with its the "last" one.
The staff was very nice and friendly, helped me fast and tried to find a lot of choices to satisfy me. The store was very organized and clean.
There was really good service, the staff had very good knowledge of the product. Also product was in excellent quality. And I will definitely come back here in the future.

I had a problem redeeming a gift receipt that was originally from merchandise that was returned because it was damaged. When I was trying to make a new purchase, the sales lady forgot to use my card. When I tried to correct the problem Maudlyn at the Fairview Mall in Kitchener was most efficient and corrected the problem immediately.
